Candice King Candice King, the American actor, became famous playing Caroline Forbes in The Vampire Diaries. Candice began as a performer before becoming an actor of star quality. In 2009, she released her debut album "It's Always the Innocent People' in United States. In it, she composed twelve out of the fourteen tracks in the album. Additionally, she continued to develop her acting career. She appeared as a guest on shows such as How I Met Your Mother. Though her career was going steadily, a breakthrough did not come to her until she was cast as a character on the CW show The Vampire Diaries. The show quickly became her household name. Candice King received praise because of her incredible acting talent and performances. The series ran for 171 episodes over the course of eight seasons. The role she played on a regular basis was shown on The Originals, a spin-off in 2018, and Legacies, a 2021 series.
